Error in configuring management reporter

When configuring management reporter I am getting error as :

 An error occurred while configuring SQL change tracking. Check your deployment log for details.
Cannot enable change tracking on table 'RetailTerminalTable'. Change tracking requires a primary key on the table. Create a primary key on the table before enabling change tracking.

I have tried these two solutions.

But still I am getting same error.

    I have tried changing  "changetracking" property in sql sever 2012 but its giving error as

    TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

    Alter failed for Table 'dbo.RETAILTERMINALTABLE'.  (Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo)

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)

    Cannot enable change tracking on table 'RETAILTERMINALTABLE'. Change tracking requires a primary key on the table. Create a primary key on the table before enabling change tracking. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 4997)

    It got resolved and Data mart got configured successfully.

    What I did is:

    1. Enabled license for retail and retail headquarters .

    2. Changed the primaryindex - recId in RetailTerminalTable.

    3. Synchronise database.
