Message within an empty subgrid

Hi Experts

Is there a way to hide this message that displays in subgrid? We don't want to confuse users who doesn't have access to add(+) an activity to see this message or for anyone to see this message.

Right, in previous versions if there are no records in Sub-grids the message would only display "No records found" but on V9 the message says use + button to add records. I guess will have to deal with the users who reads the message and logs a ticket regarding missing + button.

I could not find the respective message in Activity or Account under Entity messages. I guess this is a generic text used by platform across entities subgrids. So this is not something available to provide custom text.
