Dynamics 365 Two Options Fields from No to Yes send email with URL on save of the form

Hi There,

Happy new year !

I've an requirement to send an email to customer using PowerAutomate(Flow) from Dynamics 365 custom form ONSAVE - when "Two Optionset Field" value has been set to YES from NO as highlighted below:

Please suggest the steps to implement the above requirement to one of my customer.

    Hi,

    You can create a flow for update a record in Flow and create a condition on optionset field, if value is yes you can try to send email. Please find more information using link:
