Business Portal Query Error: Document Element Signature not found

On both the employee and manager tab the user is receiving the following query error.  Any suggestions?

Microsoft.BusinessFramework.Diagnostics.FailException
Document element signature not found.

    Have you done an IIS reset? Rebooted the BP server?
