Lost my Adminitrative Access ?????

I have been the admin for our CRM online for 2 years, but I could not add an user this afternoon. Then when I checked, there is no Admin in our whole organization. What happend? How could get my Admin right back?

    Assuming there are no other user with Admin/System Administration roles (if so get them to give your Admin role back)

    then you will need to talk to speak to CRM support to get them to add your Administrator rights back and possible find out how they were removed

    Hi Charlotte,

        Normally the System Administrator role can only be stripped away by someone with the same rights.There are a couple of things I would ask you before advising you to contact our Technical Support team:

    - Verify that there are no other System Administrator users who could reinstate you in your former security role

    - Assuming you have a CRM Online organization with OFFICE 365 integration make sure that your user has a CRM license assigned to it and that you have the Global Administrator role in the Microsoft Online Portal.

    thank you so much for your help guys - my Admin right came back the next day when I logged in.

    I tried to trace back what happened.  it seems to me that I lost my admin right after I clicked on Billing under Administration. Hope this could help anyone who would encounter the same issue in the future
