Advanced/legacy settings showing blank page

Hi everyone,

I created a sandbox environment to create a Power Pages website. For me to access real-time workflows, I need to access the advanced/legacy settings.

However, accessing it through portal management -> gear icon -> advanced settings or environment -> settings -> resources -> all legacy settings, the resulting settings was this: (see screenshot)

Can anyone suggest what to do with this type of issue? Thank you so much.

    Hi,

    All users? Or only you?

Have you tried to use other browsers to test?

    Hi,

Please retry after clearing cache memory. Alternatively you can access your workflow via PowerApps portal - https://make.powerapps.com/

    Hi Leah,

I don't have any colleagues working with Power Pages, so it's only me. I have had three environments since I started this project, progressing from one environment to another while building my knowledge about the platform. The very first environment I made has access to advanced settings. But the other two have not.

For the browser, I use Chrome and Edge at work, both do not work. I also use my personal laptop at home and it also doesn't work.

I'm checking if it's a version or settings issue, but I can't pinpoint the difference between my first environment and the one I'm using now.

    What do you think?

    Hi Ifran,

How do I clear the cache? Browser cache? Or is there a cache setting in Power Pages/Power Apps/Dynamics 365?

For the workflow access through Power Apps, are you talking about the Flow option? It takes me to Power Automate. I wanted to access the workflow to manipulate the built-in workflows for "forgot password", email confirmation, etc. in Power Pages. I'm not sure if I can recreate the flows in modern Power Automate, especially the forgot password feature.

Can you give me further advise about this?

    Hi Apangeles,

I was referring to browser's cache.

And the workflow access through PowerApps, I was not talking about the flow option. We can access our classic workflow from the PowerApps as shown in the below image.

Navigate into the solution where you have your workflow configured. Or you can use Default solution as well. Then search for processes and then you can find and edit your workflow.
