When I open the report, the page loading for a long time. It does not show any data. At the same time the 'Administration home' tab also not opening.

Have anyone faced this issue before. Give me your guidance to solve this issue.

Hi there! Good morning, evening, or afternoon - depending on where you are :) Hope you are well today!

The issue with long page loading times and the 'Administration home' tab not opening in the Business Performance Analytics App could be caused by several factors. Here's how you can troubleshoot and resolve it:
    1. Check System Requirements
    • Ensure that your environment meets the system requirements for the Business Performance Analytics App, including:
      • Sufficient memory and processing power.
      • Proper configuration of the Power BI Embedded SKU (e.g., A3 SKU by default). If your Power BI dataset exceeds the storage capacity, it can cause delays.
    2. Verify Data Refresh
    • Confirm that the data refresh process is completing successfully. If the data pipeline is misconfigured or incomplete, reports may not display data.
    • Navigate to the Diagnostics page (accessible via the Administration section) to check for any errors or warnings related to data refresh.
    3. Review Network Connectivity
    • Slow network connectivity can impact the loading time of reports and tabs. Test the network speed and ensure there are no interruptions.
    4. Clear Cache and Cookies
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure that outdated or corrupted data isn't causing the issue.
    5. Check User Roles and Permissions
    • Verify that the user accessing the app has the necessary roles and permissions to view the reports and access the Administration home tab.
    6. Update the App
    • Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Business Performance Analytics App. Updates often include performance improvements and bug fixes.
    7. Enable Diagnostics
    • Use the Diagnostics page in the app to identify and resolve configuration issues:
      • Go to the bell icon in the top-right corner of the app.
      • Access the Diagnostics page to view system status and messages requiring admin attention.
    8. Scale Up Power BI Embedded SKU
    • If the issue persists, consider scaling up your Power BI Embedded SKU to increase storage capacity and improve performance. For more information, refer to the Power BI Embedded SKUs documentation.

Thank you for your quick response. Before that I have tried it with my Unified Development Environment. But in referral, I found out that it is only applied for Tier 2 Environment. So I install this BPA app in my Tier 2 Environment and its working fine.

But I have another question. Is any possibilities to configure BPA app with Unified Devlopment Environment?

    Thanks in advance.
