    HI Alex,

Please have a look in that docs.

    Troubleshooting Self-Service Sign-Up

    docs.microsoft.com/.../ui-troubleshoot-self-signup

    Error:

Self-service signup is not enabled. You receive a message like the following during signup:

We can't finish signing you up. Your IT department has turned off signup for Business Central. Contact them to complete signup.

    or

That looks like a personal email address. Enter your work address so we can connect you with others in your company. And don’t worry. We won’t share your address with anyone.

    Solution:

Your organization’s IT administrator has disabled self-service signup for Business Central. To complete signup, contact your IT administrator and ask them to follow the instructions on the page below to allow existing users to sign up for Business Central and to allow new users to join your existing tenant. You may also experience this problem if you signed up for Office 365 through a partner.

    Best regards

    Sebastian

    Hi Sebastian Röttel,

    I've checked the doc docs.microsoft.com/.../ui-troubleshoot-self-signup

And even enabled subscription via these instructions docs.microsoft.com/.../devenv-business-central-manage-selfservice-signups

    but nothing has been changed.

    Hi Alex,

    sorry to hear that issues.

So when you run that powershell cmdlet to verify the setting

    ###

    $Msolcred = Get-credential
    Connect-MsolService -Credential $MsolCred
    Get-MsolCompanyInformation | fl AllowAdHocSubscriptions

    ###

the result is -> AllowAdHocSubscriptions : True

    right?

If so it sounds you have done all things right, I would recommend to contact your Cloud Solution Provider in that case to check the next step to either contact the Office or the the Business Central support team to further analyze the issue.

    yes

Do you know an easy way to contact `Business Central support team`?

    Hi Alex,

the easiest and official way is to contact your Cloud Solution Provider, who can create a support case within the CSP Portal.

    Thanks & best regards
    Sebastian
