Form personalization fields are not saving for a user

Hi Everyone,

We are facing an issue while doing personalization fields on forms in ax 2012 .I mean after saving the setup also it is not showing the fields in saved manner after reopening the form.

I have tired by deleting usage data,clearing caches but did not work.

Can anyone please help me to resolve it?

    Hi Swetha,

    Have you tried deleting the user from AX and importing the user back? If not please try this and check if the issue gets resolved.

    Hi Gunjan,

    Sorry i am not suppose to do that because client got so many forms saved in live and deleting the user makes them lose all the earlier form personalizations and it may take time to save back every setup which there will not agree.

    Can you please suggest any other option?

    Hi Swetha,

    When you deleted the usage details, it would deleted all the personalization done for the user earlier. In any case you are unable to save any personalization for the user. Correct?

    Is it happening for one form only or for all forms for the user?

    If nothing else helps, have you tried deleting and re-importing the user?

    I am not supposed to do that.Client will not allow me to do it because user is one of the admin member which has setups in all the forms,workflows.
