Hello,

Is there a way to move a GL from a Begin-Total bucket to a different one? I.e moving 10100 under 20001

Even now that you have postings it is achievable - would require renumbering. The other way to achieve it would be with an account schedule as you can define the order yourself. docs.microsoft.com/.../bi-how-work-account-schedule

Without renumbering, you could use Totalling account type, which allows you to manually define the accounts to total. Begin/End automatically define account rangeds but with Totalling accounts, you can do this that are not just a ranges.

Renumbering is probably the way for you to do this. You can renumber the No. from 10000 to 20000 range.

Hi, As suggested by several other experts, you can try renaming the GL Account.

    For example,

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
