When running the Workers Compensation report in Period End reports, client is getting the error message:

Unhandled script exception:
Illegal address for field '[Not Found]' in script 'Save941InfoNew'. Script terminated.

The error occurs whether or not Post Liabilities is marked. The report is not modified. This did not occur before the year end tax update was installed. Has anyone else encountered this?

Thanks! The client does have Greenshades. I'll look into it.

Hi Elsa,

We have seen this error and it is related to the third party product Greenshades. We typically contact their support at support@greenshades.com and they can correct the issue. Hopefully that helps.
