Custom Report in RMS

Hi, 

I'm new to RMS. I am working on a system which used to have a custom report that I would like to access again. I know the report was somewhere because if I go to Memorized Crystal Reports it is listed there. However, I get an error when I try to run the report because it is not saved in the correct place. We moved to an Enterprise system and I think this report got lost in the move so to speak. Attached is an example of what I want the report to look like. Any ideas on where to start?

    I cant see the attachment.

    If you still have access to the old computer where you had the report then you can just move the report to the new computer.  The report lives in  

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\Reports"

    or if you dont have the above directory.

    "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\Reports"

    Copy the report from the old computer and save in the same folder on the new computer.  Then restart the RMS Manager program if open.

    I don't have access to the original computer where the report was written.

    Across the bottom on the PDF you can see the report was developed by Digital Retail Solutions. Contact them to inquire how you can get the report; it may be free to keep with some of their add-ons. Web www.digitalretailer.com

    As Fernando noted this is a custom report from Digital Retail Solutions.

    It appears to be the Store Operations accounting report from this collection:

    store.digitalretailer.com/DRS-Custom-Reports-Templates-218

    This type of report belongs in the CrystalReports folder, not the Reports folder. Have you looked for it there?

    If you can't find it I suggest you contact their help desk for reinstall assistance.
