Had a Subgrid in ADX portal where we have Create button. when the user clicks the create button the popup has to display the entity form. I configured everything but it was not displaying the form.

can you give us more details ? and snapshots of your Entity List/Form

is it a subgrid in a form ? or a entity list displaying a view?

Subgrid using entity list is in the webpage in the portal. it has a create button. when the user clicks create button it has to popup the entity form which i created.

Varma.. some snapshots will help the community to assist you

in your entity list you need to setup the field "Web Page for Create"

in the Web Page record, you need to setup Entity Form, that will be used for the creation of the record

the Entity Form you need to set the entity + forms + mode (insert)

did you mark the flag "Enable Entity Permissions" in the entity list or entity form ?

also, remember that we D365 generates a second Web page record when you create a Web page.. make sure both are pointing to your Entity Form

Before complaining you can refresh your portal cache (admin user at /_services/about - > Clear Cache button), or better even Restart your portal.

Below very simple configuration I made for tasks entity list ( you need valid entity permissions of course, including permission to Create).
