we got a SO x A below - I see the line status is Delivered But Fulfillment status is invoiced
How can I change the status from delivered to invoiced
Hi Phong,
Not sure if it will work, but you could try running a Consistency Check on Sales orders to see if that fixes the issue.
If not, and the line is actually indexed, this would probably require a data fix; and for this you would want to open a support incident with Microsoft.
Is this sales order linked to a project? What is the status of the sales order header? Did you actually post the invoice for these lines?
