Dynamics GP 9.0 SP4 not getting updated

Hello,

we have GP9.0 with SP3 (9.00.0310) on windows 2003 / sql 2005 platform. as a part of upgrade to 2010 we have tried to apply SP4 (MicrosoftDynamicsGP-KB955672-v9-ENU.msp) and after a successful install and running GP Utilities without any errors the product version remains same as 9.00.0310

Any suggestions?
