Hello Every One,

Hope you all are doing well today, I need help.

when i have done delivery or partial payment to customer . the Pickup quantity shows (Zero) In item details. i have Product inventory on (on Hand Inventory). please help me to resolve this issue

Hi Muhammad,

Did you select a store to pick up the order? Your delivery method should be 'Pick up from store' to have 'Pick up' quantity more than zero.

Have you verified quantity in inventory lookup before transaction? If yes, then validate transaction process step by step. Hope you are missing some thing in process.

Hi Muhammad,

Not sure if I understand how you mentioned the store name.

To be able to do a pickup, you need to select delivery method equal to delivery method set in Retail Parameters (Retail Parameters > Customer orders > Sales Order > Pickup mode of delivery)
