PO Number guides me to different PO

Hi , 

when i check an item inventory transactions i see an item received through certain PO  

as this photo :

when i press view details for this PO is redirects me to an other PO with same item and same received quantity 

the PO exists in item inventory trans like picture not exit any suggestions why this happens ?

    That particular PO might got deleted.

    Can you tell on what form you see this PO field? It might be a customization?
