The best way to change functional currency for existing operating company

Hi Guys,

I am facing a challenge with one our subsidiary, basically they requested the change of their functional currency.

Would you be able to suggest the best possible way of doing it? I was thinking to create a new company on the server and transfer the opening balances at the year end (translating them to the new functional currency) but maybe there is another way of doing it in the existing company?

I don't think so you will be able to change functional currency. Better to go for new company. Let's see what others view.
