Is this possible to see this error in GP.

Please see attached screenshot.

I have googled it and it is related to something out of GP boundry

Looks like a SQL Server Reporting Services error. What are you doing when you encounter the error?

it is one of my User but he is got nothing to do with SQL Reporting and he is always in SOP. We have completly seperate SSRS available though our own web intefact.

That is why I got surprised.

What version of GP are you using?

In 2013 there is content from SSRS on some of the navigation lists. If you disable Business Analyzer on these pages you should no longer receive the error.

Here is a little more details about the ERROR.

We are using GP2010 with SQL 2008 R2

When User go to Sales ( Navigation Buttons) and Clicks on Customers ( Lists) then this error pops up and after attempting 5-6 times

Then The Customer Lists pops up

Does this have to some thing with SSRS Canned report deployment ?

Here is what was causing the error

I have migrated my GP SSRS report Server

and the moment I stopped the agent services, this error popped

so when I restarted ths Agent for SSRS , the error is gone.

Just a curious question, what SSRS report deployment has to do with Customers' list. it errors out but after clicking 'OK' few time the list runs fine?

Hello Syed,

If you have SSRS reports deployed, then when you click on the Sales > Customers list in the navigation pane, to the right of the customer information, it will show SSRS reports that are specific to Sales/Customers, such as:

--Receivables By Aging

--Total Sales for the Past 12 Months By Customer

etc

I wasn't able to re-create this error/issue with our without my SQL Agent running or not running.
