Hello,

I'm using Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

example : I have a transfer order with 10 quatity and i received 7

i want to close the reception and the statut of transfer order must be "received"

what i have now is the remaining quantity is 3 and the status is not changed to "received" is still "shipped"

PS: I already activated the under/over delivery and i'm not using warehouse management system "wms"

please if some one know how can i receive the transfer order with quantity less than expected and change the statut to "received" and close the reception ??

thanks in advance

    Hi,

I think you should receive the full quantity which was transferred and scrap the missing quantity.  This will show 10 received and then written off to stock loss.

    Regards

    Hello hedi1012,

Agree with Dolores. You should complete the transfer order for the shipment of the 10.

If you don't need the final 3 pcs you can either scrap them or return them to the original warehouse by making use of another transfer order.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

The issue is that there are still 3 in the transit warehouse in the system.

Could you receive the other 3 and scrap them?

What do you need to happen to the 'missing' 3?

    Regards

    Dolores
