Hi all,

I have a question regarding about CRM CAL licensing. If I have a CRM server with 2 tenants, each have 10 users. These 2 set of users are the same (e.g tenant 1 has users A, B, C ... tenant 2 has users A, B, C). How many CAL license do I need ? 10 or 20 ?

It seems to be only 1 CAL per user (2015 screenshot, but should not have changed):

Hi there,

I suggest you post the question on the partner community forum or the Microsoft Partner Yammer group in your country:

community.dynamics.com/partner

I would imagine you would only need 1 CAL for each named user regardless of what server they access. However, this is best answered by your licensing partner or by Microsoft sales directly.
