Copy PR I did not create

Can anyone tell me why I am unable to copy a PR that I did not create? Now If I use the Copy function it reverts back to my defaulted Delivery Address & Financial Dimensions no matter what I have changed them to so why would copying anyone else's PR be any different?

    Purchase requisitions can be copied only for one where you are the preparer.

    If you want to cpy from others, then try delegation option.

    Most of the information in the header of the existing purchase requisition will be copied to the new purchase requisition and can be modified before submitting to workflow.

    Thanks Rahul, With delegation do you mean temporarily assigning someone to the position of the person they want to copy from? Letting them raise it on behalf of the person they want to copy from, or are you talking about getting the approver to use the delegate option? Oh & regardless of the method are you saying it won't copy the lines?
