Hello Everyone,

I Have Created contact form 7 in one of my site and try to capture it using D365 for marketings "Form Capture"  feature

- The form is successfully captured and field is mapped in D365

- The visit is logged in D365 whenever form is visits

* But the problem is when I submit the form it is not creating a record in D365 I want to create a lead when this form submitted on my site

I have already seen one question regarding this and tried but no luck I m still unable to capture leads in my D365.

Can someone please guide me in this

Thanks in advance

I already referred to this question: community.dynamics.com/.../978455

    HI Clofly,

    form-loader.js version is => v=1.60.1066.0

    Note:

    I m not using D365 Embaded form

My Contact  Form is created using Wordpress contact 7 form and hosted in external site i m just capturing that form and mapping it for data submission using "Form Capture" feature

    Thank you

    Hi Adil,

Because form-loader is required for both embbed form and capture form, so I would like a confirmation.

Firstly please check whether a lead record is actually created in your database, we should wait about one minute for creation process once we did submission.

Secondly, my embbed form couldn't get submitted data with version 1.60.1066.0, after changed it to 1.59.1039.0, form submission works again.

Try to change src of form capture code to link below to see whether it could work:

    https://mktdplp102cdn.azureedge.net/public/latest/js/form-loader.js?v=1.59.1039.0

(It took 2-3 minutes for Insights data being generated.)

    Regards,

    Clofly

    Hi Clofly,

We have tested it in 2 ways one with static HTML and and one with Wordpress contact form

    - In case of static html it is working fine visits logs and form submission both are working

but no luck using wordpress contact form

Is there any other thing we need to add when we add script in when form is created in wordpress becuase when we change it to static html it is working and submission is stored in CRM.

    Thank you

    Hi Adil,

You case might be similar to Jides' in the thread below:

    https://community.dynamics.com/365/marketing/f/dynamics-365-for-marketing-forum/387004/form-capture-did-not-find-any-form-on-external-wordpress-website

Many of WP plug-in built form is dynamiclly injected, which is not supported by Form Capture currently.

Please keep on static HTML form at present and wait for the upcoming release.

    Regards,

    Clofly
