Stop License plate labels printing

We ahve had a item set up badly and this has caused D365 to generate 1000s of LPN labels. We have paused the printer and restarted DRA. But everytime it starts the queue on DRA is flooded with more prints.

Where can we stop the source of the prints from?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

What function are you performing to generate the LPN labels?
    Are you using Warehouse management?

    Rgds.

I'm making an assumption the function, as you never said, is upon GR of PO?
If so, you may want to go to your Mobile device menu item you have created for your goods receipt and switch off the Print label parameter.

    Hi

THe labels in this case have already been gernerated and hitting the DRA queue. I was hoping that some where there would be a table off the prints and a status that I can use to stop the prints being generated.

We had the exact same thing happening a few times. So we created steps when it happens again:
    • Asked the user to turn off the printer. At the end of all steps it can be turned on again.
    • Unregistered the printer on the DRA.
    • Cancel the print queue on the DRA for the printer.
    • Try to end the Work user session (Warehouse management > Inquiries and reports > Mobile device logs > Work user sessions). This sometimes does not work immediately.
    • Remove the printer in the Document routing (Warehouse management > Setup > Document routing > Document routing) for Purchase, so the work creation does not find a printer and no print is added to the queue.
    • End the sessions of the WMA users of that company: System administration > Users > Online users.
    • After working hours, when no printing takes place anymore:
      • Changed the setting JobHistoryHours to 2 hours (so it includes all pending records).
      • Run the batch job Document routing history cleanup.
      • Changed the setting JobHistoryHours back to 168 hours in table Document routing history cleanup configuration
      • Register the printer again on the DRA.
    • Cancel created work.

This works for us. Hopefully it helps in your situation as well.
