Bullets changing fonts in emails

Hi

When i create an email in DM365 we have setup our content blocks to use Verdana as the default font.

This works fine except when i add a list of bullet points to an email, when suddenly the bullet text suddenly changes from Verdana to Arial. This doesn't happen in all mail clients, Outlook 2013 is one example where this issue has been reported by our clients.

Why would the text for all the various blocks appear in Verdana yet bullets don't? There seems to be some default setting somewhere that i can't edit!

Cheers

    Hi, Dan

For I cannot reproduce your issue, I have some questions and suggestions:

When you say "suddenly changes" do you mean in the Designer's Preview or after you receive the email?

There are several different clients be able to selected in the Inbox Preview tab.

Please check the effect of Outlook 2013 here to find out if there is a problem with the preview effect. According to my tests, the effect in Preview does not show font changes.

Please also check that creating such Bullets directly in Outlook 2013 does not cause the font to change. If yes, you’d better turn to Outlook for help.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,

    Nya

    Hi Dan,

Does the issue still occur to you?

If yes, could you please create a support ticket? We would like to investigate it.

    Thank you,

    Aga
