User is on GP 2010 R2 latest service pack with FRx sp12. User opens an FRx catolog then clicks on the down arrow to change the report date and the FRx session closes. Only happens on one user's workstation. Should I just uninstall and re-install FRx from scratch?

Hello John,
Because it is workstation specific there are a few things I would recommend trying:
1. Rebuild the .g32. I realize this affects everyone, but it still a good idea when the issue is related to data from the ERP, in this case the dates.
2. Run the FRxReg.exe on the local machine to register the local .dlls, or you can just reinstall SP12 and that will also do it.
3. You could copy the otdi from anotehr working workstation, but at this point it may be easiest to just reinstall the client and service pack.
