MS Nav 2015 - SOAP Connectivity SAP

Hi All, 

I am getting below error when communication between  SAP and Navision. 

below two scenarios tested and one was successful.

Consumer proxy ( WSDL is provided by SAP and consume from Navision  )  - Successful

Provider ( WSDL provided by Navision and consume by SAP ) - FAILED with forbidden 403.

Attached the error which is recorded in the OS log  in the Navision server  , Please assist

    Hello, 

    The error seems to indicate the connection to the service is successful and that the user making the call from SAP (service account maybe?) does not have an active user within the NAV application.  As a test to confirm you can call the URL within a browser on the machine where the SAP application is running with the exact user being used to call this from within the SAP code.
