Table went away during an upgrade

(0) ShareShare

I'm slowly upgrading to GP10. I just completed upgrade to GP 9.00.0086. After upgrading, I can't print our custom Purchase Order. It appears to use a table called Print Documents List. I'm guessing this table was renamed to POP_PrintDocList_Temp. I dont' know if that is what happened, but that's the best I can tell. My question is how can I edit the custom report without having to recreate? Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

    Hi Sandy,

I am not familiar with the change, and I do not have the v 10 SDK loaded. You might want to check your SDK to determine which tables were changed.

As far as your modified reports go, I presume you have already tried to upgrade them using Dynamics Utilities, and/or imported the package file you created before the upgrade into a fresh dictionary.

If, indeed, the tables were changed in the report, you might still be able to recover by editing the package file.to replace any reference to the old table and field names. This would need to be done very carefully, there is no quick fix to your situation that I know of.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
