Case Process not showing when creating a case

Hello,

After creating a case in Common > Cases > All Cases I've tried to use a template for case process and it is not showing for me in Case tab under Case Process and Change Stages. Does anyone know why it does not show up?

Hi,

You have not explained the problem very well. You told nothing about your security setup. People do struggle when you provide half cooked information and they have to guess what you are doing.

If your are system admin, I would not expect this to occur. However, if you are not, which security role you are using?

And have you configured the security of Cases Management. Please note that case categories has own security setup

Hi @Sohaib Cheema,

Sorry for not explaining it well, I had the system admin rule assigned, the case category type security was configured.

It turned out that when creating a new case process, you need to go to Process>Details and create the level before assigning the case process to any case, because if you use the process template in a case before putting a level it will be greyed out and you will not be able to create any new levels/action/appointment/event/task.
