After creating a case in Common > Cases > All Cases I've tried to use a template for case process and it is not showing for me in Case tab under Case Process and Change Stages. Does anyone know why it does not show up?
You have not explained the problem very well. You told nothing about your security setup. People do struggle when you provide half cooked information and they have to guess what you are doing.
If your are system admin, I would not expect this to occur. However, if you are not, which security role you are using?
And have you configured the security of Cases Management. Please note that case categories has own security setup
