How ca we fulfill the below request via D365 Customer Insights Journey Application:
1) Enable users to manage unsubscribing by offering preferences to avoid full unsubscription. Provide the option to unsubscribe from specific subscription lists while retaining access to select specific information.
2) Alert potential unsubscribers about the loss of special offers or promotions. How can this be achieved using out-of-the box functionality as well as any custom workaround?
