Zetadocs Express - SharePoint - PublickeyToken error in FactBox

We have just recently installed Zetadocs Express and when we open a page with the Zetadocs Factbox on it we get this error: "Unexpected error during operation. Could not load file or assembly. 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.Runtime,Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PulicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specificied. If the problem persists please contact your Administrator."

SharePoint is installed and configured. The Zetadocs settings point to the proper library (the little link icon opens it up).

The Program Files contains the add-on info. And the Add-in table contains the Zetadocs details.

The log file contains this: 13/08/14-10:33:34 AM-ERROR-C9041212 - ValidateSiteURL: http://sharepoint.mysite.com:8080/Zetadocs/Forms/

I can't find any reference to the C9041212 error code or much on the above error.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am running out of ideas.

Thanks.

Sandy

Hi Sandy, did you use the latest Zetadocs Interface Modification Tool? (download.equisys.com/.../ZDNAVInterfaceToolExpress.exe)

I followed the "step-by-step" guide and it works nice.

You can also send an email to: support@equisys.com

    Good luck!

    Hi Sandy,

Sorry for late response. Please refer to this post which I think should resolve the issue for you.

Also, ensure that the SharePoint site URL specified on Zetadocs General Settings page does not include the name of the document library (ie "Zetadocs"). In the URL you highlight, I'm not sure if that refers to a sub site or the document library.
