How to make Bulk Edit form to edit multiple records at once

Hello everyone, I'm attempting to update my vendors Tax ID Type to Unknown, this is a huge list of vendors, I'm wondering if there is a way to do Bulk Edit at a time, for some reason it appears that my D365 environment doesn't have that right slide Bulk Edit form when selecting multiple vendors and clicking Edit. I googled and saw someone's env displayed that Bulk Edit form, how can I get it? Thank you!

Hi James,

The Edit records option you shared in the second screenshot is from a Dynamics 365 Sales Hub application. This has a different user interface and technology compared to Dynamics 365 F&O. In Dynamics 365 F&O, you might use the Open in Excel feature to load the vendor records, make bulk changes and publish them back in Dynamcis 365.

Hi James,
In D365 FO, you cannot directly modify form records in batches in the system, you can modify them in excel, as shown in the screenshot. (Also note that before doing a bulk update, back up the data you want to change by exporting the existing data to Excel. Filter records and fields to contain only those you want to edit. This minimizes the risk of accidentally updating fields that you don't want to edit.)
