Will plugin action fires if update data using api.

Hi,

I created a post account update plugin and updating account entity using api. Will plugin action fire?

    The plugin will get fired whenever there is change in the Database using service call.

    let it be web api or soap call.

    It will be trigerred, when you update the entity using API or workflow or whatever.

    Hi Sandeep,

    Definitely, the plugin will fire when the account is updated using Web API. It will be triggered whenever the CRM application invokes an update event.

    Yes, whenever the record is updated (using any method).

    Hi Sandeep,

     yes, it will fire (unless you are updating an attribute that is not added to the triggering attributes for that sdk step)
