I am trying to add an authenticated domain however when I go to the necessary setting, no authenticated domains appear and there is no option for me to add a new domain either. Can some someone help me with this please, thanks.

In order to authenticate marketing email messages or embedded forms for a given domain, please go to Settings > Advanced settings > Marketing settings > Authenticated domains and select [New] button in the top menu. This will initiate the authentication process.

Thanks for the reply but I have already followed these steps, my issue is that there is no 'New' button when I enter the 'Authenticated Domains' section.

This might be a privilege issue, what privileges do you have?
