I am going to set up RFM analysis for our company. For that, I have followed the steps mentioned here
but there are some parts I couldn't work out:
- What are the "Start Date" and "End Date" for?
- What does the Calculate Button do behind the scene that takes a long time to complete?
- Even when I do all the setup steps I can see Zero Score for all the customers in Call center > Journals > Customer service as stated in this document
- Would you please let me know about any other resource in which it has explained AX RFM more profoundly?
