How to change the Notification Email for Purchase Order Workflow

Is it possible to change the subject and body of the Email sent out to Approver using the Standard Purchase Order Workflow (It says Purchase Order but it is actually a Purchase Invoice needed to be approved).

I did find the email notification template Report layout (1320) but it appears to be for all workflows and cannot make change which would only affect the Purchase Order Workflow.

The version of Business Central is the latest one (18.2.26217.26331).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    I only receive a blank email with a subject "email notification". the email notification function is very terrible. I even could not find any problem in our on-premise system., you can customized this function for email-body with another approval report. but I am not sure if it works, at least in our system ,it does not work.

    For greater control you may consider changing this workflow to be done by power automate. You could then have it using Teams instead - making the message say exactly what you want (same idea whether it is Teams or email). Here is a blog demonstrating that: www.fajdiga.info/.../
