HI,

just reaching out to see if anyone is experiencing issues when adding a new activity (EMAIL) and find you can not type in the message panel.

or is very hit and miss,

some users just cant type anything, where other users can type every now and then - keyboard just un responsive

    Hi Matt,

    I didn't get others users with this experience, I recommend update the Outlook client and try to reproduce the issue on OWA, if it's possible.
