Old Records on Update Currency showing Error "A currency is required if a value exists in a money field. Select a currency and try again. "

MS Dynamics 365 On-Premise.

Custom Entity, I have updated the entity and added Currency field.

On New records it's working fine.

When I update existing records show Error, (before hadn't Currency field)

How to resolve this error?

Hi

You have to bulk update all the fields with currency value otherwise it wont allow you to update these records.

You could find these records using advance find and do a bulk edit and set the currency.

If you have loads of records, then you could use the Bulk Data Updated plugin in XrmToolBox

Download XrmToolBox from the following link if you havent already done so

Install the following plugin from plugin store
