I use email tracking for my project and it is great tool, but I have one security issue. My System Administrator is able to change User Settings which define filters for email and possibility to send emails "on behalf" and that is big security problem for me. I want only users to be able to change their personal settings.
I tried to remove User Settings edit and delete rights for System Administrator role, but System Administrator can just get this rights back since he is System Administrator.
Is there ways to limit personalization settings access or I need to use custom security roles instead of System Administrator?
Looks like you need custom role . While the System Administrator role will always have broad permissions, creating custom roles with restricted access to user settings and monitoring configurations should help mitigate the issue.
