Our client is using one Live company and Test Company. Test company is the same image of Live company. every week restoring the same live databse to test company. The Purchase order enhancement active approval is configured in the live company but not showing the same users in the test company after restore.all the configuration and user is same in the test itself

Thanks for your Help. I reset the active approval setup and its works fine
The Purchase Order Enhancements User setup is held at a DYNAMICS database level - see table POA40002 - copying the company database will not include this table.
You need to set up PO enhancements for users for the test company - once set up, this should I believe survive any company database restores.
