This is the exact title of another post, but whenever I tried to reply to it, it sent me to the generic page. And when I search for it, it doesn't show up in the first page of the list... My problem wasn't resolved by that other post anyway, so here goes.
I have defined only 1 form in the app. Users can see four, and none of them are the one I want them to see. I have even modified the security roles on the 4 forms they can see to only allow a role that nobody has to see it. Publish all, refresh, reload, STILL see the forms I do not want to see.
I have defined the app to show only one Case form:
Here is what the users see;
What is going on here?
Many thanks,
Dave
Hi DavidMLCarr,
1.Making sure you are making the changes in the same environment.
2.You need ensure state of the form you want to show is active.
3.Then you need check security role that enable for forms.
Make sure the security role you have enabled for the form you want to show is the same security role given to User, or show it for all users.
And ensure the security role that enabled for the four forms you don’t want to show not assign to the user.
4.It might be the case of caching, you can try to deleting browser history and also tried in different browser.
Regards,
Leah Ju
