Cannot connect with MS Dynamics CRM

Hello. I am trying to integrate my Dynamics NAV 2017 with MS Dynamics 365 CRM. I have two versions of CRM - productive (ver. 8.2) and for development (ver. 9.0). 

There are two cases.

1. Trying to integrate with development version - when I type the Dynamics CRM URL of dev version, I have an error: The system is unable to connector to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Description: Unable to Login to Dynamics CRM.

2. When I type the URL of my productive version (8.2), the connection is established and works well.

I don't know what can be wrong. I don't know, should I turn on some function in Dynamics 365 DEV CRM? I am doing this kind of integration first time in my life, so please - be forgiving :)

    Are you using the correct credentials for connecting to the DEV CRM system?

    Yes, I have two users and I am absolutely sure that the credentials are good.

    The problem is solved - I had a wrong NAV Version. Reinstall to 10.0.20019 soldved my issue.

    Hi,

    This problem because of the change of security protocol for ver. 9(you development)

    Microsoft announced the following:

    The security protocol for CRM Online services has been updated to TLS 1.2. This breaking change for integration products is implemented on CLR 4.6.1 and earlier versions. If the system has been affected by this change, it will experience failed connection requests (with no further diagnostics) from the Dynamics NAV application to CRM
