How could I set ATP time fence?

It seems I can not alter the time fence setting...

Please follow the link gfeaxblog.wordpress.com/.../ax2012-shipment-delivery-dates-control-sales-lead-time for the step by step guide how to use it. For your issue please check whether Configuration Key is turned on: Trade > Delivery Date Control.
