
I have setup a custom channel to send SMS messages following this guide: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/developer/create-workflow-plugin-custom-channel . However the status is always showing as processed like so:
I would like to have statistics for messages delivered, like you can see for emails:
I have setup custom channel activity interactions, but they are only showing up under the contact insight and not on the customer journey.
How can i get the statistics / interactions to show on the customer journey for my custom channel?

This isn’t something we support in Outbound Marketing as for custom channels we currently calculate only some basic KPIs.
