Fields not showing in customization form

Hi,

I can no longer see fields on the customization form except from the new ones I just added. I have no filters on the fields so they should all be showing. 

This seems to have happen after the system thrown me some error about loops and disconnected me several times. This problem seems to have resolve by itself after a couple of minutes. I didn't do anything except trying to connect back into my apps until it worked. I noticed though, that after this the field prefix changed from new_ to cr563_. I went to system settings and changed it back to new_. Now, every time I add a field to an entity, every other fields disappears from the customization form.

Any idea how to fix that?

    If the issue still exists, please raise a ticket to Microsoft Support for more professional help.

    I found a possible cause and a workaround. When I go to PowerApps home page, under Solutions I see Default Solution and Common Data Services Default Solution. The entities modified from a certain point in time now appears under the Common Data Services Default Solution where the first had been created under Default Solution. Using, the classic UI, I'm able to see ALL fields. What's weird is the fact that both solutions have the entities inside Common Data Services Default Solution. They are probably recopied.. I'll look further into it later.

    HI,

    I did double check the form and yes I'm in the right one and cleared the cache. I can reproduce the probleme with existing entities but the problem is not present when working with new entities.

    Any other idea before I open a ticket?

     Hi partner,

    Please check the following points first.

    1.Did you open the right form which you add fields on and publish.

    2.Did you clear the browser cache and cookies.

    3.Did you try to create another custom form and try again.

    If the issue is still exits, please raise a ticket to Microsoft Support Team to ask the engineers help you in the server-side.
