I have a user who is unable to see some of the available options on the left navigation pane. When they open a record, the pane is not showing all the available options available though there are no security permissions related to the entity they are unable to see. Across the organisation, the pane is visible to everyone though some users would not not have the permissions to navigate into certain entities.
