Account number not displaying properly in Bank transaction Posting Journal

Can somebody help me with an issues we have?

Just migrated to GP2013 from GP2010 and when we run a report (Transactions/Financial/Bank transactions)... the account number doesn't show properly. I don't think this is a custom report... I get this bellow in the account number section:

000-        -00

    Is that account numbers are properly showing on window level?

    Yes, at the windows level shows up right, it's only when i print to printer or print to screen, that doesn't show properly and also there is a strange character in there....

    It is a good possibility that the strange character is treated different on screen versus the printer.  You need to get your SQL consultant to look into the tables and remove this character.  Hopefully it is only in the separater character definition on the account number.

    This is everything that i get:

    500- •-00

    However the account number should be xxx-xxxx-xxx.

    I feel that there is something inside Dynamics too that is not displaying properly... Do you have any suggestions for me to try?

    Looks like i got it working after this:

    Export all modified reports, create new reports dictionary by importing report packages

    I resolved issue using GP utilities. running syn and update forms and reports. Thank you!
