Hello, I am searching something like that: https://www.adxstudio.com/adxstudio-portals/features/sharepoint-integration/ in the documentation of Microsoft Portal (Portal >= 8.X) on the doc page (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-setup-and-administration/contents.aspx) But I find nothing...

    Hello Oscar,

Have you looked at other CTI applications? Other providers can do the integration you want, and further improve your workflow with automation functionalities and extra features. That's what we do here at Tenfold. We're a certified Microsoft Partner and support MS Dynamics. You can check out the features we offer on this page: www.tenfold.com/.../dynamics

    Hi,

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be supported at the moment. Please refer to this thread to see if we're talkin about the same subject: community.dynamics.com/.../210867

Have you looked at this blog http://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/microsoftdynamicscrmsolutions/archive/2016/08/17/crm-portal-and-sharepoint-integration?

I was reasonably certain this was not supported and just got confirmation this it is in fact not currently support in v8 regardless of the information in the article above. Unfortunately the authentication mechanism used by the CRM Portal is not currently supported by Sharepoint.

Is anyother way to display sharepoint documents in CRM Portal.

Yes, either by developing it yourself or purchasing a product from Adoxio (the original creator of the portal) www.adoxio.com/Connect-365

    Hello,

I got in touch with Microsoft for the same but unfortunately, SharePoint Integration is not yet available on CRM Portals due to some security implications. Probably will be available in the future release but not shared any timeline.

I would recommend to use the 'Attach File' option of Entity Form. Have a look below link for more info,

    https://nishantrana.me/2017/02/15/add-attach-file-additional-settings-in-entity-form-in-portal-in-dynamics-365/

Using this feature, you can upload the documents in Notes through Portal and in CRM you can write an asynchronous plugin or custom workflow on the creation of Note entity to extract the Note attachment and put it on SharePoint folder.

You can refer below link for syncing between Note Attachment and SharePoint.

    https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/153184

You can also think about the Connect 365, which is the Microsoft recommended tool and fully compatible with Dynamics 365.

Adoxio has provided one solution called Connect 365 in order to integrate Microsoft Portals with various applications like SharePoint, Power BI, Payment Gateway, ESRI etc.

    Please have a look - https://www.adoxio.com/Connect-365/

    Hope it helps.

Mark this answer verified if you are able to get the solution.

    Cheers
