How can I get Sum of Revenue, COGS, Gross Profit

Dears,

Is there any standard reports to get Sum of Revenue, COGS, Gross Profit. I'm working on data visualization and I need this values to display. I don't want MR. Is there any standard report/class/tables please let me know. or if customization required please advice starting point to get that data.
