Hoping someone else can help me with this problem. I have had 3 tickets with support and never have resolved the issue. Ever since we moved to sales hub, when qualifying leads we run into an issue where we get an error. We get this error only when the status is contacted, if the status is new, we can qualify fine.
What's strange is it doesn't happen every time or to every user. Most of the time if the lead is older than a week or two and has been contacted thats when it will occur the most.
It also happens to me and I'm the system admin.
This is the error we are getting:
